What this service is

Roof Cleaning San Diego is a free referral service. We connect people who need roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, or solar panel cleaning with an independent local contractor who can provide it. We are not the contractor: we do not own cleaning equipment, do not perform any exterior cleaning work ourselves, and are not a party to any agreement you reach with a contractor. The contractor you're connected with is an independent business, not our employee, agent, or partner.

Licensing — the honest facts for California

California's Contractors State License Board (CSLB) issues a specific limited-specialty license — Classification C-61/D-38, "Sand and Water Blasting" — required for anyone performing pressure-washing or soft-wash work on a job over $500. Because we have not confirmed that a specific referred contractor currently holds this license, we make no "licensed" claim about ourselves on this site. What you can verify about any contractor you hire:

• C-61/D-38 Sand and Water Blasting license — verify any contractor's license status directly and for free through the CSLB's license lookup.
• Insurance — the checkable credential that applies regardless of license status. Any legitimate contractor will provide a certificate of insurance on request, directly from them.
• Local permits — most roof, gutter, and solar panel cleaning does not require a permit, but ask the contractor directly if your job involves anything beyond standard exterior cleaning.

Consent to contact

Submitting the quote form or calling our number constitutes your consent to be contacted about your request by us and by the contractor we connect you with, by phone, text, or email. This is a per-request consent, not a marketing subscription — see the privacy policy for how your information is used and how to opt out.

Call recording

Calls to our tracking number may be recorded, with notice at the start of the call, for quality and verification purposes.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is." We work to connect you with a capable, insured contractor, but we make no warranty about any contractor's work, pricing, schedule, or conduct, and no warranty that the site is error-free. Pricing on this site reflects typical local market ranges and is informational; the price that binds is the one quoted for your specific job.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the site or the referral service is limited to $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any arising from the acts or omissions of an independent contractor.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no scraping for resale, no fraudulent estimate requests, no interference with the site's operation, no unlawful use of any information published here (including directory listings).

Changes

Updated terms appear on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
